In March, WheelPad connected with the ALS Association for a webinar.

A big thanks to Alisa Brownlee for pulling this together and helping us make it happen. Alisa is the AT specialist with the ALSA. She had some beautiful things to say about the WheelPad, but her compliments were a bit more poetic than others we've gotten in the past.


Alisa said that ALS is a terrible disease, which forces people to change their lives drastically. As an AT specialist with the ALSA she often feels that the last thing that people want to do is change their home permanently. It's their shrine, and a permanent change can often feel like the disease is really changing their life.

She was excited about the WheelPad because of it's temporary nature. A family can put it on the home and take it off easily, and make it look like it's never been there. It's as if the disease won't leave a permanent change...
