WheelPad Selected for the VCRD Climate Catalyst Innovation Fund

WheelPad was thrilled to be announced as one of the twenty-five awardees for the third competitive round of the Climate Catalyst Innovation Fund by the Vermont Council on Rural Development (VCRD).

The Climate Catalyst Innovation Fund awardees are selected by an outside panel of experts, and are based on demonstrating a mix of innovation, equity, replicability, collaboration, resilience, leverage, and meeting climate and energy goals.

WheelPad will use this award to help fund the design of a new product with increasing demand, an accessible modular bathroom called the BathPAD, which will allow for existing homes to add an accessible bathroom more easily than with a full renovation. It's an honor to be chosen alongside the other 24 nominees all across Vermont.
